Abstract
This paper is intended to share experiences and provoke discussion about how we might reconsider our approach to developing equipment operations and maintenance plans ~ and do so in a way that takes into account a broader range of concepts including lean and systems thinking whilst strengthening team ownership and implementation of the resulting actions.
