Hatch among 50 Best Employers in Canada 2013
October 29, 2012
For the third year in a row, Hatch has been named one of the 50 Best Employers in Canada for 2013 in a national study conducted by HR consulting firm Aon Hewitt. The results are published in the current issue of Maclean’s magazine—Canada’s leading news magazine.
Employees and leaders in Canada completed an anonymous, on-line engagement survey to get a frank assessment of how effectively Hatch is engaging with its employees. The results directly reflect employees opinions, and show us what Hatch is doing well, as well as what we could be doing better.
According to the results, the vast majority of Hatch’s Canada-based employees feel engaged with the Hatch organization. Engaged employees say good things about Hatch to the people in their lives, look forward to a lengthy career with the company and strive to achieve beyond what’s expected in their daily goals.
The top drivers of employee engagement at Hatch include our commitment to corporate social responsibility, valuing coworkers, benefits, employee health and well being and the physical work environment.
Results show that companies on the Best Employers list have lower turnover, receive more applications and experience better business results.
